What Is The Remedy For The Difficulty In Having A Bowel Movement?

I am having trouble having bowel movements. This has been going on for awhile. Always constipated. My stomach bloats, have a lot of gas, and can not over eat. I went to the bathroom about 3 weeks ago and there was blood. I know that I do have a hemorroid, but it isn t uncomfortable. Since then everytime I go to the bathroom, there is blood. Last bowel movement was this last Sunday, and my bowels look like they are clumped together in a ball. I had extreme gas Saturday evening, and bad pain in most lower part of stomach. Pain would go away when I would pass gas. Today is the 5th day with no bowel movement. I have taken milk of magnesia and stool softerners and suppositories with no movement.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having absolute constipation.
Bleeding might be due to passing hard fecolith and injuring rectum lining or might be having hemorrhoids.
Go for enema and then take laxative at night daily.
Increase bulk fiber in your diet.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Go for abdominal recti muscle exercise.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
