What Is The Remedy For The Lumps In The Cheek And Bruising?

Got punched several times in the face about 6 days ago, swelling went down, its all bruised now, but there's 2 hard lumps in my cheek, between cheek bone & nose & right on the cheek bone. Im wondering if they will subside, if so how can I make them go down quicker?

Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
I would suggest you to consult to an Oral Surgeon and get the cehckup done take an OPG radiograph to look if there is presence of any fracture.
Take a course of antibiotics and analgesics.
At home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses.
Apply ice over the swelling externally.
