What Is The Remedy For The Pain In Bicep Towards The Shoulder And Slight Bruising On Wrist And Had A History Of Tennis Elbow?

Hi, I lift weights regularly, and the other day I grabbed my dumbbells and as I turned from the rack an inexpeireinced member damn near walked right into me so my reaction was to pull back and re rack the dumbbells. As I I turned my left arm there was a snap/pop type feeling between the brachioradialas and the lat. Epincondyle. It hurt like hell and for about 48 hours I was miserable. I felt the pain from the brachi up through my bicep almost to where the bicep meets the shoulders. I don t think its a tear in the bicep as I don t have that Popeye ball, I had slight bruising about 2-3 inches up from my wrist in a small spot maybe with a diameter 2 . A few days passed it got better have done some light lifting with very mild discomfort returning. I have suffered from tennis elbow on both arms through out the years but have nursed them and taken care of them. I guess I m just overtrained but I am worried that it might be more serious than tennis elbow. Please Help!

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the muscle twitch, due to the defeciency of the calcium.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms calcium carbonate, mefanamic acid 500.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to have a fast recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
