Hi ,
low back pain doesn't requires massage rather it aggravated the condition more so kindly stop this maneuver . Physiotherapy including extension exercises must be done on daily basis thrice a day atleast not on weekly basis . Along with it calcium, vitamins supplement to be taken once a day with warm compression , sternous exercise , bending forward to be avoided , symptomatic treatment like analgesic (NSAID),muscle relaxant , PPI to be take as n when required . Symptom persists even after 1week or aggravate then visit orthopaedic clinic .
Hope it ll help you.

THANKS N REGARDS
