What Is The Remedy For The Pain In Shin And Cellulitis?

I have cellulitis and pain in my shin. I had a fall down a flight of stairs 2 weeks ago. I'm in alot of pain in my shin, but the doctors say my let's ok. It feels like someone is hitting me really hard with a very heavy axe! It is so painful I can't walk on my leg, I can't even stand on it, but my doctor wants me to walk around so I don't get blood clots. He won't give me anything for the pain, either. I think there must be something he's missing, like maybe a fracture?

diagnosis of fracture is easy,get x-ray of leg.
cellulites is condition which is painful,genraly it requires about 4 wks to heal,rest and elevation of affected limb helps in healing.u can take pain killer..antibiotics for swelling/if u r not having bp/kidney disease.
