What Is The Remedy For The Pain In The Rib Cage Area With Bronchitis?
My daughter has bronchitis has been given prescription cough medicine and antibiotics. She is now saying she is in a lot of pain in the rib cage area. She bas had this for a couple weeks but was just diagnosed about 5 days ago. She thought it was just a cold at first. Is there anything she can do to relieve the pain?

Hi,
Due to cough reflex she might be having some chest muscle pull giving this problem.
As infection will subside, she will feel better.
Meanwhile give her ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain as and when required.
Ok and take care.
