What Is The Remedy For Trouble In Bowel Movements?

I am 42 yr Female. I have trouble with having bowels movements. I don't go very often and get extremely blotted. last 3 months I have had an episode of severe pain, complete body sweats(soaking me) and a very large amount of loose (not diareha) bowel, get extremely fatiqued. It makes me throw up brown liquid at same time I am pooping. Then at the end it is noticeable clots of blood. this has happened 1ce every month for the last 3 months.

If I were your treating doctor I would advice to do further exams like :
abdominal ultrasound
colonoscopy
upper endoscopy
After that we can discuss for the treatment
