What Is The Remedy For Weight Gain After The Delivery?

I had a baby six months ago and they gave my a lot of fluids during labor. As a result, my body blew up to at least twice it s size-this was absolutely not from pregnancy. What do I do to address this new cellulite/weight that I believe came from the hours of fluid?

Hi,

Fluids you received during labour have already left your body. Therefore this is not the reason of your weight gain. However, postpartum hypothyroidism/diabetes/immobility may cause this problem. You must visit an endocrinologist for further examination.
During this time, reducing salt intake and increasing fluid intake along with frequent mobilization may reduce your edema.

May you recover soon
