Hello,

You are suffering from wrist pain after it got twisted/sprained. You have pain but there is no swelling. You are suggested to get a crepe bandage (do not make it too tight) or an elastic wrist bandage done so that the wrist is at complete rest. Keep the injured area elevated to prevent swelling and discomfort. You can take pain relieving medicines like Combiflam or Naproxen, one stat to reduce pain and discomfort.

Applying pain relieving sprays are also helpful. If it is a sprain it will get reduced by itself. If not get clinically examined by an orthopedist. Get X-ray, CT / MRI done to detect tendonitis, ulnar neuropathy, ligament tear, wrist bone dislocation, tendon subluxation, nerve damage, etc. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Physical and occupational therapy are effective.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
