The EKG suggests that some part of your heart ( INFEROPOSTERIOR part ) has got damaged due to low blood flow to that particular region. This damage is the cause for your Angina .
Kindly go ahead with the Angiography which will detect which blood vessels is blocked and to what degree. Also simultaneously that blockage can be cleared also.
