What Is The Right Amount Of Weight Loss After Diet Control?

I am 5"3" weigh 122, trying to get to 120. I started out at 135 on 1/3/11, I am eating abt 600 calories per day, low fat like turkey & low fat cheese, bannna, whole grain bread, smartppop mini bag & granola bar per day. I am loosing abt 1/2 lbs per week, is this safe?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
You are doing your weight reduction in a right way, although you already had a normal weight when you were 135 (if I speak medically and follow BMI as assessment criteria.)
Still if you want to loose more weight, you may go upto 105 lbs but please don't loose beyond that.
Your current BMI is 21.6 which is also a healthy weight. If you reach to 120 lbs than your BMI would be around 21.3 and it won't harmful in any way.
Your diet chart is good but I would advise you to add some fresh fruits and green leaves if possible.
Hope this will be helpful.
Good luck.
