I can understand that you must be under alot of
stress but
smoking is not good for health, so try to give up smoking. Try to eat as healthy as possible, prepare healthy meals which are not too elaborate considering your busy schedule. Try to incorporate raw salads in your diet. Add vegetables to pasta, rice or prepare whole wheat sandwiches with more vegetables and less butter. You can use peanut butter. Oats with low fat milk and fruits is a healthy option and easy to prepare too. Include sufficient amounts of
proteins in the form of low fat cheese/yoghurt/curd/low fat milk in your diet. Have a variety of seasonal fruits as snacks. Avoid bakery or processed foods which are low in nutrients and rich in fats and salt. Have whole grain cereals like whole wheat pasta/ bread/noodles/ brown rice, oats and oat bran, bran containing foods instead of refined foods. You can take a B complex supplement and
calcium supplements if your diet is lacking in milk and milk products regularly.
If non-vegetarian, choose lean cuts of meat, skinless chicken, fish and eggs as they are sources of good quality proteins and iron in our diet.
Avoid fatty and fried foods, junk foods like burgers, french fries and soft drinks.
Keep some sprouts or nuts/dried fruits as snacks when you don't have time to eat properly.
Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.
