What Is The Right Medicament For Treating Sore Throat Cough?

I am 68 yr femail have had flue type symptoms for 9 weeks,had sore throat cough & feeling weak,have had 2 lots of antibiotic the last being Azax 500 mb 3tablets have finished them ,this is my 4th day and not feeling a lot better,can you advise what to try next !!! Thank you.

You have taken antibiotic. Commonly sore throat caused by viral infections. It takes a week to recover completely.
You should take water steam twice day.
Betadine Gargle twice day
Tab . Solvin cold twice day after meal for 5 days.
Avoid oily and bitter foods.
