My sister had taken an unwanted 72 without havin any intercourse at all.. it was by mistake and wil it affect her? and wil it stop her from gettin pregnant in future?

The drug is Levonorgesterol. It is a potent antiovulatory and will prevent conception. One tablet will have action only for 72 hours. Further, one dose will not prevent future conception.
