What Is The Side Effect Of Consuming 100 Mg Of Prozac Generic Instate Of 40 Mg?

I am a 16 year old prescribed with 60mg of Prozac generic twice daily. I accidentally took an extra 40mg tablet so my total dosage today is 100mg. I took 60 this morning and then the accidental 40 at night when I was reaching for ibuprofen. What should I do?

I am so sorry to hear about this mixed up you experienced with your medications. Though more than your recommended daily dosage, it is not way out of the safe dosages that can be taken by humans. Please, always double check your medications before consuming them as they can lead to serious complications when not taken as exactly recommended..
