What Is The Side Effect Of The TLH Operation?
I am 6 weeks post op TLH on Tuesday. I've been good with no problems. Yesterday after a morning cup of coffee doubled over in pain stabbing pain, above my pubic bone. Had to take diazepam and stayed off feet all day. No bleeding, no pain with urination. Today, super tender and uncomfortable when walking. Could it be a bladder infection. Feels like pressure when I stand. Also, concerned something with vaginal cuff. Had sex a week early and pain started 48 hours later.

Pain in lower abdomen 6 weeks after Total Laproscopic Hysterectomy is likely to be due to pelvic infection ..
Consult operating surgeon and get ultrasound Scanning of abdomen done to find out the cause of pain and discomfort.
You may have to take antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily.
