What Is The Soft Mass Around My Anus?

hello doctor,,i am a 22 year old female...i feel some mass per anus which is very soft and small almost of size of pea and mass disappears after defaecation and i feel it always when i have constipation .mass is painless, no bleeding,no pus discharge,no itching or any discomfort causing bu i want to know from your goodself what it is?it disappears after defaecation..

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be piles, without the clinical examination this can not be ruled out and it is most advisable to get done the clinical examination, condition could be self limiting, hope this information helps.
