What Is The Solution For Esophageal Spasm After A Hiatal Hernia Surgery?

I had an Esophageal spasm while drinking water, and could not swallow, spit, or breathe, and almost died. I never even knew what they were. Started 8 mos. following Hiatal Hernia surgery, which involved wrapping the fundus around my esophagus. Any thoughts. A lot of fear. Scope was normal.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is the pure spams of esophagus then I would suggest to drink any thing in very little sip and gently swallowed it, if symptoms persist like that, then you need to go for consultation, take care and have a nice day.
