What Is The Solution For Extreme Pain And Difficulty To Pass Stool?

hi, i had a shap pain at the back when i try to go to the loo. i felt like there were small razor blade tears around my anus. i went to the doctor who prescribed anusol gel and tablets to insert into my anus. i also got liquid paraffin. the tear final vanished. However, i think i have developed piles/hemorroids and it is extremely difficult to go to the loo. as i write this now, am in extreme pain due to inability to pass stool. going to the loo has become very unbearable. unfortunately nature calls. Please, assist before i faint as something has to be done fast, its like am am swollen around the anal area and cant pass stool. i just took one sachet of movicol from a friend. will it help. dont want to wait more than 20 minutes to pass stool.
