What Is The Solution For Fissure When Anobliss Cream And Sitz Bath Does Not Work?

Dear Doctor,

Since last 1 year I am suffering from Fissure & Piles , I took ayurvadic, Alopathic Medicines from Doctor but not work well. Last month some on told me abut a Doctor who is giving injection in anus where piles massa. After this I faced so much pain but now piles gone, but fissure there in 30 mm inside anus.

Now I have visited to Appollo Hospital in Delhi, there Doctor's said to me to use Anobliss Cream twice a Day & Sitz Bath twice a day,but till now no improvement what to do.

Pleaseadvise.
