What Is The Solution For Frequent Urination?

I have problem of very freqent urination. I was taking urimax 0.4mg, but much relief is not there. My doctor has changed Urimax to Silofast 8mg & Trofame for the last three days. With this change problem of none continues flow of urine during urination has started. What should I do now?

You could get a test called urodynamics done. This will help assess the bladder capacity, and will also confirm if there is any obstruction. Important to note that you should get this done only when you are off Silofast and Trofame as both these drugs can interfere with test results.
If you indeed have bladder outlet obstruction, you can get a simple endoscopic procedure done to relieve the obstruction.
If there is no obstruction, and if your bladder is overactive, you can try any of the newer anti-cholinergic agents.
