What Is The Solution For Having Gas In The Stomach After Taking Medication For Stroke Along With Pantocid?
sir, I have stroke twice in the year 2006 and 2013 now I am ok , I have done C T angiography of my brain and neck which shows 50% blockage in the I.C. Artories now I am taking acitrom 2 mg. aztor 20, repace50 and pantocid 40, but my main problem is that gas form in my stomach and pain lightly, feeling unease and lot of gas comes out and I am unable to stole.

The medications you are taking can cause gastric upset , gastric ulcers. Especially Aspirin , i don't find the name in your list , but it is an essential medication.
You simply follow , soft bland diet , pantocid may be taken twice daily if trouble is much.
You may undergo upper gi endoscopy , if your problem is severe , and if any ulcers found , you might be given H.pylori eradication kit.
