What Is The Solution For Pain, Swelling, Tightness In The Entire Abdominal Section And Constipation?

I have had every procedure done to me that I believe u could do to a person when it comes to your digestive system. But I have progresevley gotten worse over the years now I am to the point I just want them to cut me open and take it all out it hurts so bad sometimes. I am tired of the pain and the swelling . I can eat a cup full of anything and my entire abdominal Section gets so tight u can hardly push in on it. I have cracked 3 ribs because I feel there is not enough room for my organs. I stay constipated laxatives do not hardly work but miralax will help a little if I take enough of it. I had a colen resection about 7 years ago they removed 12 inches. O I am also malrotated also. It seems to have gotton a lot worse after I got simanela poison which turned into c-diff , camplabactera then I had hpalora infection. After having those it had savers diarrhea for 2 years they gave so much antibiotics I had no good bacteria left so I have slowly tried to build my system back up now I am back to like i said at the beginning can not go and am in pain.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Colon resection, malrotation of bowel and such problems are very difficult to treat. Hence you are getting the problem of severe pain in abdomen, inability to eat normally without pain, laxatives not much working although Miralax helps a bit.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all get barium meal and follow-through test to find out the exact cause of pain and other symptoms, contrast enhanced CT scan is still better.
Gastro-Surgeon will be the best one to consult so that the medical and surgical management parts can be undertaken well.
Take plenty of fluids and liquid diet along with supplements of multivitamins, mineral, proteins, iron and as may be indicated by the blood tests.
This is one of the most important part of management.
As per the investigations, you may need another corrective surgery to get the relief from symptoms and get at least so much weight gain so that further healing is best possible.
