Hello welcome to HCM.
Your diabetes is highly uncontrolled and sometimes it's dangerous too.
Your blood sugar is not varying but it remains very high.. You should re-set your dose of insulin from a qualified doctor.
My advice to you is -
1.check your FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control.

2. At present also tell your doctor to do serum and urine Ketone levels also, there is chances of keto acidosis at this much high levels.

3.Dont take it lightly please, this much higher sugar levels will be dangerous in short term as well as long term.

4.Tell your doc if he can add one long acting insulin at night time also, it will control sugar for 24 hrs.
Thank you.
