What Is The Stabbing Pain In My Hip?

Hi I have been experiencing a very sharp stabbing pain in my left hip....right where my keg connects to my body...it almost feels like someone has stuck a knife in it. For the last two days I have dove nothing but Kay in bed..it hurts to sit, stand, or walk. I also found a lump on my hip, I'm miserable, help??

I really appreciate your concern this could be sciatica if I would be your treating doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicines,
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg twice in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Chlorzoxazone twice in day
