What Is The Suggested Homeopathic Medication For Weight Reduction?

Hi this is money from punjab. one year back i have taken alopathy medicine of dipression. due to that i got wieght ffrom 50 kg to 58 kg. especially around belly and waste. i m newlymarriedi feel very aukward in social dealing. can u suggest me homeopathy medicine. due to that i can reduce that extra weight. kindly guide me.

1. majority of side effect with anti depressant medication include weight gain, which seems to be in your case, thus following practical guidelines are worth mentioning:

i. the secret of losing weight is to burn off more calories than you consume, so you must learn to calculate calories consumed and calories burnt, and maintain the balance everyday.
ii. take the right type of diet and eat heartily, since starvation is not the right way to loose weight.
iii. fat free diet, avoid ghee, groundnut oil, use sunflower oil [to substitute saturated fat with unsaturated fat], caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, unskimmed milk, yellow of egg, red meat, deep fried fish
iv. fibre rich diet ]plenty of salads, sprouted pulses] to reduce fat absorption and gives early satiety. fruits with edible covers should be eaten with the covers
v. brisk walking for 45 minutes every day, including Yogasanaas and Pranayama which should be learnt under expert guidance.
vi. items that actually help are: onion, garlic, soya bean, curds of skimmed milk, apple.

MEDICATIONS
1.     Some Ayurveda compounds which are prescribed for weight reduction include: Triphala,Arogya vardhini Vati,,Chandraprabha Vati,Triphala Guggulu and since these are prescription drugs you may contact your Local Ayurveda Physician regarding their dosage.
