Can I Take Both Kayam Churna And Triphala Churna Daily?

can I take both Kayam churna and triphala churna daily if so what at what times. I am 53 , male, ht :5.11 and wt:80. I am having fissure since last 10 yrs which used to give me problems ocassionally, but after I had a heart attach and stent(2) were put, with the medication etc I started to have this problem daily.

* Kayam churna is containing ingredietns of Triphla plus senna , maduyasti
ajaji and black salt .

* So there is no point in taking both of them , just take Kayam churna
only .
