Hi,
Nothing to worry due to giving calpol and ibuprofen at short interval there might be having profuse perspiration and cold body and extremities.
Give him plenty of water.
Give him a cup of tea or coffee.
For sore throat he might require one course of antibiotic medicine.
Ok and take care.
