What Is The Suggestion For Fever, Cough And Leukocytosis?

Hi, my son is 3 year old, he s been having a fever since Saturday and now is Tuesday, he s had ma. Of 102.5 rectally , coughing a lot and a little bit of sneezing, last time he ran a fever he had an uti, so I randomly tested and came our positive only for leukocytes . What does that mean and what should I do next ?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Usually normal urine contains 0-5 leukocytes.
If the cells are more than 5 in number suggests UTI.
If not treat it as respiratory infection.
