What Is The Sweet Smell In My Urine While Trying To Conceive?

Hi I am a 28 yr old female. I have a concern that I am hoping you can give me advice. So this morning I went to the bathroom and collected my urine because I wanted to do a HPT because I am a week late. At that moment I realize my urine had a distinct sweet smell. The test was negative which I figure since we have been trying for two years. What I am wondering do I need to be concerned yet or should I see if it continues? Oh maybe a little more information thursday my husband and I had are fair share of beer and last night I had a few shots of Dr's. could the alcohol affect the smell of my urine. Any help is greatly appreciated

from Dr.`s shot via urine.
* I recommend to consume plenty of liquids ( except same beer ) and check
urine smell after next 24 hours.
