What Is The Tender Part On The Right Side Of My Scalp?

hi i have tender part on right side of scalp which was inflamed and doctor gave me antibiotics after taking them for 3 days skin broke,doctor then gave me cream which heeld the sore but i still have strange feeling on my scalp and right hand side of head feels sore to the touch

Your symptoms could be related to the local inflammation of the soft tissues surrounding the scalp. You should know that in this region nerves lie under the skin and the soreness is related to the nerve inflammation too.
it may take some weeks for the sensibility of this region to recover like before.
But, if this problem persists, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam.
Anyway your symptoms do not indicate any serious medical disorder. So, just relax and try to be patient.
