What Is The Tine Burn Like Mark On My Daughters Arm?

Hello, my daughter who is 6 has what looks like a burn appear on her arm, just like they ones you get when you catch your arm on the oven when taking something out. She hasn't been near our oven or anything hot. Its not blistered it's just red and has a tiny raised pimple like thing in it although that could be a coincidence and be in the same place at the same time. She said it doesn't hurt or itch and it isn't warm to the touch. I was thinking shingles or does that start with spots. She has had chicken pox when she was little and has an immunity to chicken pox now.
She is on methatrexate for anterior uveitis and Jia but has been for 2 years. Any suggestions ?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I could say from the history given here that this could be a viral infection or hypersensitivity reaction in both the condition the best way is wait and watch this could get alright on its own, if this does not then clinical examination would be needed hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
