What Is The Tissue Attached To Vagina Making Urination Difficult?

i feel like i have a urinary tract infection, every time i pee it feels fine but at the end i feel like there is still pee left, if i keep pushing hard a little drop will come out and when i wipe i see a gooey red gel like on the tissue it is not coming out of my vagina but from my urithra, what is it?

Welcome.
Based on the information it looks like urinary tract infection.
I would have asked you for urine routine examination and urine culture & sensitivity.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice which has found to be beneficial in UTI.
I empirically treat my patients with tablet norflox 400 mg twice daily for three days.
