Hello
Shoulder joint pain has varied causes like Rotator cuff injury, bursitis, frozen shoulder, Arthritis of acromioclavicular joint.
*By physical examination , X-ray of shoulder joint and various tests these can be ruled out..
* Treatment with Analgesics along with Rest to Joint, preventing from sleeping on the same side, ice packs (not direct ice), putting a pillow underneath it to elevate it ...
All these helps to some extent..
