What Is The Treatment For Triple Negative Breast Cancer?

I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer....I had a lumpectomy and the tumor had clear margins and not in the lymph nodes. I think it was 2cc....they are recommending that I have chemo only because it is T Negative. Why do have to chemo because of that? It looks like they got it all and I was just going to have to have radiation until they found out it was TN.

Hello dear. Even after completely removing a tumor there are still chances that small tumor cells(invisible) must be left over and might spill in blood. Therefore to kill those cells and to cut down the risk of cancer returning again, chemo is required; and it is must. Hope you understand
Thanks
