What Is The Treatment For UTI?

Hi! recently i have severe burning sensation on urination, and pain on the left lower abdomen. Urine culture was done and it was found out that there is citrobacter koseri, and hematuria. what is the drug of choice for these, what other investigations to be done, and other treatment that has to be given..
