What Is The Treatment For A Huge Bruise Across Back After A Fall And Hitting On Steps?
I fell on ice and hit my lower back on steps..... I did not do any damage that I can tell but the area I did land on does have some discomfort like a deep bruise. The problem I am concerned about is I have a huge bruise across my back even in the area I did not hurt. What should I do?

From history it seems that you might be having hematoma on the part.
Do ice pack for 10 minutes, 3-4 times a day for few days.
