What Is The Treatment For A Sore Arm?

i was stabbed about four months ago the knife sliced open my artery in my upper right arm, right next to my arm pit, i was put in surgery imediateley to stop the bleeding. the doctor informed me he had wrapped my artery twice during my 8hr surgery and 13 staples to close up that opening, so after spending 8 days in the hospital and shipped on the greyhound to another state i never did do a follow up with a specialist, it was complicated, so my arm seemed to be healing fine and the numbness slowly went away, it has been about for months now and yesterday i had a fall. i slipped on a kids scouter in my friends kitchen and landed on a wooded devider in the kitchen right on my arm where my surgery was. i need to know if i should be too woried about any thinfg my arm is sore now but to see a ____ ? specialist would meen going who knows how far out of town. i just dont know what to do and is there things i could be doing or eating to help my body heal and what should i be or not be like lifting or writing too much how much is all this going to affect me working or taking care of my 4 yr old as a single parent
