What Is The Treatment For A Swollen Labia Minora?

Hi, I am 26, 5'4", and 127 lbs. A few days ago I experienced pain from my Labia Minora. The discomfort was present during urination and some movement. I was tested for STIs within the last 6 months, have had no new partners and am up-to-date on my physical. In the past I was diagnosed with HPV and received a LEEP procedure, but have had normal paps ever since. My current condition has lasted about 5 days. The Labia Minora on the left side is inflamed and feels raw. Any pressure at all is painful. It feels similar to a tear from sexual activity, but I was not engaged in sexual activity with my partner for a week when it occurred. Any ideas? Thanks.
