What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, Fatigue, Diarrhea And Headache?

Hi,
I have been having these abdominal pains,vomiting,fatigue,diarrhea,headaches sometimes am also dizzy.I have also lost weight and i cant eat everytime i try to eat anything i feel full already.What am i suffering from?
Please note i took a blood test to test hyployori and it was negative.Please assist me please?

Hi. Your symptoms looks to me more due to an infection of the intestines. A proper course of antibiotics should solve the problem. If not you need to fo for further tests under the guidance of a GI specialist/
