What Is The Treatment For Alternating Constipation And Diarrhea?

I'm only 19 and my digestive system has always been really sensitive but lately it's been getting worse and I'm not sure if my anxiety is a contributing factor. There doesn't seem to be any trigger foods, my stomach discomfort is just completely random. Some days I'll be fine, other days I'll be constipated or have diarrhea. Most days I'll be burping throughout the entire day and I'm not sure if it's a nervous habit or if there's an underlying condition. Help?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you may have either irritable bowel syndrome or underline psychological issue. Because your symptoms are not daily and other symptoms like bloating or abdominal pain is not there, in that case i would go for psychological issue. First consult a gastroenterologist to rule out any GIT issue and then you can take help of psychiatrist for psychological evaluation.

Thanks
