What Is The Treatment For An Injured Foot?

Hi

I have stomped my heel as hard as i could in a fit of rage, I was wearing sneakers and was on concrete.

Ever since, foot cannot take any weight at all and is painful in a way where i cant pin point where it is exactly coming from.

When foot is raised or not touching the ground it is not very painful, but is numb and tingly.

In hospital on the night of the injury they took xrays (3) and cannot see any obvious breakage.

They said to leave it 3 to 5 days and come back for CT scan if no better.

Went to my doctor next day, he says the same thing.

This foot does not feel like its getting any better and feels that there is something seriously wrong.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated,

Chris.

I would suggest you to get x ray of the feet to see if there is any fracture. If fracture is seen you will need plaster application. If there is no fracture then you can apply compression bandage. Also i would suggest you to apply Diclofenac ointment.
