What Is The Treatment For Ankle , Foot And Knee Pain?

I have continuous ankles,feet and knee pain. Both ankles were broken playing baseball as a teen. I am 50 years old, had a nerve near my acl snipped by a podiatrist last year to try and get relief. I weAr steel toe shoes 5 days week for my job with NCDOT. I have had special insoles made, bought insoles, Bought boots after boots no relief. Hope u can give me some advice Thanks,Marty Swaim
