What Is The Treatment For Ankle Numbness, Blood In Urine And Stools, Itching Skin And Loss Of Balance?

i am a man of 64yrs, i dont drink or smoke, latel i have been feeling very tired, not sleeping, i wke up with not feeling m fingers, my feet from about 4" above the ankle down are always numb and cold, i have dbl vision and sometimes see shadows that are not there, i have occasionally pssed blood in urine and m stools, sometimes i drink a lotof soft drinks, if i cant get to toilet quick enough i have had accidents, my skin itches and sores never seem to heal. i have been workin for anything from 15hrs to 20 hrs a day and felt ok, i am now geting worried as a couple of times this week i seem to lose my balance , i am from uk, but not registered with a doctor in london, can u give me some advice please thanks , john

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms indicate anemia (low hemoglobin level). At your age such issue can be caused by colon cancer (blood in stool can indicate that) or some stomach inflammation (or even cancer). This conditions should be ruled out at first if blood work will confirm anemia.
I suggest you to do not wait any longer and visit a doctor as soon as possible. Blood work, urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done in a first row. Colonoscopy should be next.
