I m. Jason I m 26 I have been havin back pain for about 6 yrs it s gettin worse Iiy started out with on knot about the size of a grape now I got a total of 7 in my back its so bad I get a numb feelin around my waist some times what s the deal I feel funny some times the back of my neck

this could be a trigger point which causes back pain and radiating pain . see a physiotherapist who will help in release of the knot . take care
