Hi , how are you doing? Most of the infections you have mentioned are actually already existing in normal human body, vagina & inside. Only when the good organisms are removed by antibiotics , these organisms which are not good , arise & manifest as infections. Bacterial Vaginosis is not an infection, it is the imbalance between good & bad organisms. Sexual contact will aggravate these infections, but need not always be there. You don t always need a swab to confirm these infection. Can be diagnosed by symptoms like whit or yellow or greyish discharge with or without itching or foul smell , periods blood lesser in quantity or thick , dark brown, lower abdomen pain before periods & at the end of sex. All you need is local hygiene, provide good organisms in form of tablets & course to kills bad organisms again. Gynecologist can help you with these.
