What Is The Treatment For Belly Button Pain, Frequent Urination, Gas, Cough, Wheezing And Chest Pain?

Hello. I am experiencing pain around my belly button and urinating very frequently (3times In the last hr). Pain is severe at times and then calms down after a while and comes back soon after. Also quite some gas. I have been coughing and wheezing wih stabbing chest pain relieved by continuous use of my inhaler but I feel like the symptoms are separate from the naval pain (which is what im most worried about).

Frequent urination is also one of the earliest sign of diabetes.
It is better to go for cbc,fbs,ppbs,HbA1c,urine and usg abdomen to confirm the diagnosis.
Take nsaid with dicyclomin to subside the pain and other medicines according to investigations.
