hi dr i am 34 years old recently i felt itching on my anus and i used to go 5 times a day for BM i went to dr he diagnosed polype after removal n biiopsy the test was normal blood cp ultrasound is also normal but i am feeling stil bloating ,pressure inlower abdomen and still going 5 times in washroom no constipation no diahoea but mucus in stool

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Mucus in stool along with motions 5 times a day with the history of polyp removal indicate that you have more polyps or colitis or amoebiasis.
This can be confirmed by the following:
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
Stool test for three consecutive days.
CT scan of the abdomen to rule out tuberculosis and such problems.
Once a proper diagnosis is done a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole can help to get alleviation of your problems.
Also note the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems and stop altogether .
Control stress and anxiety.
If all the investigations are within normal limits get treated as a case of IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
