What Is The Treatment For Blood In The Stool And Back Pain?

Today i had blood in my stool, and shortly followed by back pain to continue throughout the whole day, the pain is pretty bad, and hurts no matter wat position I am in. I tried to crack my back to see if it was just stiff but it only stopped the pain for about 1 mintue.
