What Is The Treatment For Bruise In Inner Thigh?

hello, my mother who is 65 years old has been suffering from a debilitating pain on her right knee for the past year or so. She has been to her doctor several times and has taken several types of medicine which eased that pain but never cured it. She has also done several tests including mri, cat scan and x-rays and the doctors have not yet found the source of the pain...slowly over the past year she has been losing her ability to walk and has lost many nights of sleep crying over her pain....a month ago she began to develop a bruise on her inner tigh and the bruise now covers most of her upper inner leg and it's really huge and dark....I am concerned about my mother and after all the research I have done I still can't seem to find any answers just like her doctors....have you ever heard of anything like this?
